This one stop integrated website provides online services and solutions for patent, trademark, industrial design and copyright applications in ASEAN countries.

In Pintas Digital, the users can view the quotation for each step of an intellectual property category and place an order stage by stage. Payment is made through online via a secured payment gateway. All the application steps are online, systematic and secured in Pintas Digital.

What services are available in Pintas Digital ?

Pintas Digital provides :-

  • Online Quotation where the users can view the quotation of each intellectual property category. The quotation will include estimated cost for all the steps of selected intellectual property category in selected countries.
  • Online Order and Payment where the users can apply for intellectual property services over the internet through Pintas Digital. Orders and payments are made stage by stage where the users can choose among the essential and optional steps of the intellectual property services. 
  • Online Status where the users can check the status of their orders online through “MY Dashboard”. “My Dashboard” will display the order details which include the order list, past quotation and past transaction details.

What is more about the quotation?

Please note that the prices shown on the quotation are only estimation. The total price shown in the quotation and proforma may differ. 

The variance between quotation price and the proforma charged will be due to one or more of the following reasons: -

1. Currency fluctuation
2. Tax 
3. Promotion dates
4. Agent fees


Step 1: Sign up an account 

Step 2: Get Quotation 
Select the intellectual property service and country to view the estimated cost for intellectual property application. Quotation can be viewed in various countries’ currencies.

Step 3: Place Order 
Choose the type of intellectual property service and country (selection of multiple countries is allowed) where you want to apply for ip service.

Fill up the intellectual property details and submit order. 

Step 4: Make Payment 
Invoice will be issued within two working days after we receive your order. You can proceed to pay online through the secured payment gateway. 

Step 5: Check Status and Invoice 
The status of your orders can be checked at “My Dashboard”. “My Dashboard” will contain the details of your orders, past transactions and past quotations. 
 

Can I make changes on my order?
Once the order details are filled up and submitted, the user is not able to change the order details. Therefore, the user should always verify the order details before submitting the order. 


Can I submit more than 1 order at a time?
Yes, after an order is made, at the order list, you can add another order by clicking the “Create New Order” button located at the bottom of Order List. You can add the same or different intellectual property category of order.

Why do I need to register an account? 

By registering an account at Pintas Digital, the users can view our intellectual property services and quotation in multiple countries and regions. Pintas Digital’s users can select the intellectual property services that they wish to apply for online and online payment is supported by Pintas Digital. The intellectual property application process can be done systematically and safely at Pintas Digital. 

What details are required for registering an account at Pintas Digital?

Company Address
State and Country
Telephone Number
Person in charge 
Designation
Email Address

What is My Profile?

“My Profile” is the user profile located at the top right side of our webpage. “MY Profile” contains the details of your company and Person-In-Charge. You can update your details at this section. 
 
What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it by using the ‘forgot your password’ link on the sign in page. Follow the link and enter your email address, and we will send you an email with a link to reset it. Then, simply enter a new password and confirm it to complete the reset.


Do you keep my payment card details?

We do not request for payment card details during sign up. Payment will be made through payment gateway such as Paypal and IPHALL does not store your payment card details.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay through our supported payment gateway or through bank transfer.
